I interviewed a Baird SA a few months ago and she was making $32000 with benefits. She had been there 8.5 years and was sharp.

If licensed and more than 5 years in the business, probably about $35,000 plus maybe a bonus or override from the advisors. The good ones usually cap out at about $45,000 total.

lol not sure where you guys are living! Try 50-60K for a good SA. And really, unless you want to have to re-do work, or be frustrated out of your mind, you’re going to want a good SA. It’s going to cost you though…
