RJ producing Branch Mngr job

Anyone know much about it? Is it a good gig? I would think it would be in terms of growing your book and getting a salary for managing a smalll branch. Plus as reps leave you pick up their assets, and if it doesn’t pan out one could still just drop back into production or go indy with the firm.
Of course, you know I am at RJ and I love the company and I love Mr. James. The firm is growing rapidly and we need good people.
For me, I just rather be a rep. BM have to be in the office too much. Also, they have high goals for prospecting, assets and revenues. And you have to depend on others to do it. You have a budget, blah blah blah.
I think there is a great deal of pressure for BM to make the branch successful.
