Who has left Jones in the last year, or even more recent?
What happened? Did you reply to the letter they sent you on the training cost? or just ignore it? What % will they settle for? I have heard they are on a all out attack? Have you heard the same?
with so much negative to say about the company, there must be a few answers to these questions.

You seriously need to take a few minutes to browse around the other threads on here before you post a redundant question that has been answered a number of times, including within the last week.
I have yet to see anyone say what Jones will settle for… How Long the process is… and has anyone ever gone it with out a Lawyer?
Jonesquitter is right. No one has answered that has gone through the process. Maybe no one on this board has. I know no one answered the same question I posted before I left.
The lack of answers may be just that there aren’t any reps here that have been subject to the training cost provision (only during first 3 years of production, I think). There are obviously many here who have left Jones, but they all sound like established reps where the training cost question may not have been an issue.
You are asking a very sensitive question. I have left recently but I am not going to get into detail of what transpired. Additionally, each situation is different I am long past the 3 year period so I do not think there is a standard answer.

Maybe if you ask around you can find a lawyer who has dealt with these issues versus jones...
