I don't understate how difficult it was to see for Cox and the SEC that naked shorting should be illegal. And how difficult would it be to reinstate the shorting on an uptick rule?
It's a little late, but I think it's a good move.

Problem is the futures are barely up, but were down big when Asia opened. Please Please Please open big.
