I don’t have your answer but why would you consider transferring from MS to ML?

That’s kinda like asking why someone would want to go play for the Yankees vs. a Double AA team in Podunk, USA.

 Having been at both, and respecting both, I can only chuckle at your kool-aide swilling. You're thinking of ML versus DW, MS ain't DW anymore.

I think he's concerned re: Fritz's "the cuts are coming, the cuts are coming..." 

250 LOS 4 sounds safe.  I wouldn’t worry about it.

I will tell you, though, I still have buddies at ML who don't understand how/why people would do business anywhere else. The have that ML Bull (the logo, not the mantra) tattooed on their backside 

It never hurts to play the field and see what is out there.  I make no assumption that MS cares about me other then my revenue.
