I have approached my current branch manager about the management route.  I have managed (different field) in the past and despite its ups and downs, I really enjoy it.  Please give me your input regarding the management role at a wire house.

Some wires definately have easier paths than others. ML.....Grueling long process to get to manage a branch. (Probably easier to become mgmt some where else then move latteraly into ML)

It's a sweet gig if you can get it!!!
