Actually, it took my wife and I about a week to watch season 1.  Yes, my production suffered.

Man, my job is stressful enough. I don't need fictional stress, as well. Give me mindless tv to unwind; such as, The Office, My Name Is Earl, Two And A Half Men, etc.

I heard about a study that found that we have fewer brainwaves watching tv, than when we sleep.

I have never seen that show.  I have also never watched American Idol, Survivor, The Apprentice, Friends, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Lost, American Runway and a zillion other shows.   I thought that the topic "Jack Bauer" was going to be about some guy in the invesment management field.
