Hi - I just joined this. Just getting back in the business. Been out for a while.

Does anyone have any thoughts on a good resource for insider activity? I know the law changed regarding the requiremnt for insider filings and since the Form 4 has to befiled prior to trades now, I imagine watching this activity would be more worthwhile than in the past.
