Sometime today the NASD is poised to announce the results of one of the most critical Board elections in the regulator's history --- for the second time in the NASD's existence a slate of contested candidates is challenging three nominees selected by the organization's National Nominating Committee.   Win, lose, or draw, there will likely be no going back.  The Dissident Movement has caught fire.   To better understand the background and history of this reform movement, please visit this link:
