A FA in my office worships Dent. He has been shorting the market since dow 6,500 and moving his clients to cash ever since.

He's been 100% cash since Down 8,000 waiting for armegeddon. I hope in some ways he is right or his 20 year career and most of his clients are gone.

Harry Dent is one of the very best…marketers of his own thoughts. He is entertaining, and hell, even a clock is right twice a day. His theories make for great conversation, but I would NEVER base any investment decisions on his theories.

Well said - theory and results are at opposite ends of the spectrum with Dent.
