Well, well, well.

It seems that the FCC has OK'd the mergers between SBC/AT&T, and Verizon/MCI.  This is the best news since Sprint/Nextel.  Don't you just love it when two mediocre (at best) companies join forces to become a REALLY substandard conglomorate?

As to communications, we'll soon be back to two tin cans with a piece of string for local service, and beating hollow logs with sticks for long distance.

Yeah Sprint’s new customer servie, plans and everything stinks. I am a long term customer with 8 phones and right now I am ready to drop them. Maybe its merging pains, but I am really sick of their crappy service.
