Do you know of a person or a firm that provides career advice for advisors are are considering their options both in this industry and outside?

I am an independent advisor, almost two years in, who did not take enough assets with me, honestly not very good at prospecting, quite frankly burned out on dealing with clients. But I have these licenses, some positive experiences and knowledge and an interest in investing.

Possibly looking for a job managing money as some sort of researcher or assistant, or maybe working with a union that has captive clients, or ... *something*. The point is that I am not quite sure what other options are out there.
