I have posted a new Blog entry that pointedly raises an issue of growing concern for many individual RRs in our industry.  A recent FINRA case sanctioned an RR for writing an NSF check.  I urge you all to read my comments to understand the troubling nature of FINRA's apparent advocacy for its member firms, but not an equal posture for you men and women who work at those firms.  I am sure this explosive commentary will lead to much debate.
