I am always trying to see how I compare to others in my progress in this business.  I will end my 4th year out of training this Novemeber and I am at ~35mm in assets and will do ~250k in gross. 

year 1--can't remember

year 2--70k

year 3--113k

year 4--250k (projected)

Those numbers are horrible. They're a joke. You should be ashamed of yourself. Quit now and go work for some call center. Congrats, you just wasted four years of your life working 60 hours/ week........

Just finished 3 years in June. Have about 18mm AUM. 50% of that fee based paying 1.5% trail. Changed firms at 17 mths, so that set me back about a year. What do you think?
