Good afternoon. My name is Aiden Cooper.

I was reaching out to you to see if anyone interested in attending a meeting with one of my plan sponsors right in your area. My team generates meetings with plan sponsors who have requested to sit down with an advisor to benchmark and review their current 401k plan and address concerns. For example we have an ADP plan that has approximately 5,500,000 in assets with 32 participants but from what I can gather they are growing and are unsatisfied with their services stating, "they don't even know who their advisor is". Whenever they call in with any questions, they always get a different person on the phone, so they don't have one go to the advisor they have a relationship with. They do want to keep them for payroll however. The meeting has been scheduled with the company's decision maker (CFO attending) of the plan on June 8th at 1:00pm. Our highly vetted meetings really represent a great opportunity to gain new business and if this is in your wheelhouse it could possibly be a good fit. If the date is not good for you, we could reschedule as they are flexible to meet at a more convenient date/time for you and the sponsor. However, we would prefer to keep the original date if possible.

Hi I have a question regarding use of facial recognition software in HNI account opening process. Is this being done? I sit something that can have pushback from clients? Is it even required when the account opening is handled by a RM? Would really appreciate your thoughts!
