Sounds as though they want everyone to have a Thrift Savings Plan. Along with the ability to sue our a$$ for them not returning our calls (If you are the fiduciary) We are getting squeezed by the worse money managers in the world the US Congress. 

 The idea of getting rid of prospectuses like the 5  one inch thick Hartford Mutual Fund prospectuses I got in the mail today for each person in my family will get my vote.

The GAO commenting upon financial principles. That’s rich. I think that’s

even more of an oxymoron than Naval Intelligence. (It might exist for all I

know…but in 23 years in the Navy, I never saw any.)
