I have two clients who have been with me for years. All of a suddent I receive an email and they tell me they have met with another advisor and have decided to pull all of their money and move to him. This came out of no where, and I am a little mad that they would do this without even talking to me. Should i even reply to their email under the circumstances? I am afraid that if I respond I am not going to come across in a pleasant way. They dumped me without any warning or comment so just let them go?
