Hightower Launches 20-Week Online Education Series

The Elevate program will consist of webinar meetings, video lectures and workshops focused on organic growth, human capital, scale and efficiency, and business valuations.

Hightower has rolled out a 20-week online education program designed to help its advisors grow their business through the current crisis. Called Elevate, it will consist of webinars, video lectures and workshops focused on organic growth, human capital, scale and efficiency, and business valuations.

"These virtual learning opportunities are a great way for our advisors to leverage our close-knit community to learn, collaborate and grow together—even from afar," Hightower CEO Bob Oros said in a statement.

The firm launched the initiative through its Advisor Success program in the first week of May, with a limit of 20 participants per course.

The organic growth series, aimed at advisors looking to grow their practices, focuses on mastering pipeline workflows, leveraging the firm’s new digital automated marketing platform, solidifying relationships with centers of influence and increasing referrals.

The human capital series includes courses focused on identifying and accessing top talent, creating a performance-based culture, boosting employee productivity and coaching the next generation.

The scale and efficiency series will teach advisors best practices for adopting digital operations tools to scale, improve client security, reduce operating costs and improve efficiencies.

Last, the business owner services series will focus on how advisors can use Hightower’s valuation capabilities for business owner clients and centers of influence.
