International insurance firm Allianz Life announced that its North American division is partnering with advisor-founded tech platform Orion Advisor Services. Financial advisors using the platform will now have “daily, timely access” to the data and values of fixed index annuities and index variable annuities offered by Allianz Life within the portfolio accounting company’s interface. Orion has been beefing up its annuities data, recently partnering with Lincoln Financial Group to input a data feed into their product.
“Providing up-to-date, verified position information for Allianz Life’s leading annuity products within our platform, enables advisors to thoroughly and efficiently deliver solutions their clients need, while enhancing our data integrity with Allianz Life,” said Eric Clarke, founder and CEO of Orion. Company spokesperson Jimmy Moock confirmed that the two companies had worked on an API solution together.
