Black Diamond Integrates With Box

Advisors using Black Diamond will be able to see and share content on Box’s cloud content management platform.

Wealth management platform Black Diamond and enterprise content management platform Box have completed their two-way integration, according to SS&C Technologies Holdings, Black Diamond’s parent company. Box has more than 41 million users while Black Diamond is used by more than 1,300 advisory firms.

“The wealth management industry is evolving, and advisors and investors alike expect advanced tools to make communication more streamlined and efficient,” said Bijon Mehta, managing director of financial services at Box. The integration with Black Diamond will help end clients get access to more customized content, he added.

The integration should result in more efficient client engagement, said Steve Leivent, SVP of Advisory Client Experience, SS&C Advent. The company’s been focused on upping the number of integrations in place following the release of its Client Experience tool earlier this year.
