Registered Rep. Is in Search of Outstanding Sales Assistants

Registered Rep. is preparing its annual survey of sales assistants, and we’re seeking a few highly regarded sales associates who would be willing to be profiled in our October issue.

Whether they’re called sales assistants, client service associates, professional associates, or something else, brokerage support staff are playing an increasingly important role in the financial advisory world. Registered Rep. is preparing its annual survey of sales assistants, and we’re seeking a few highly regarded sales associates who would be willing to be profiled in our October issue.

Please forward nominations to RR Senior Editor Jerry Gleeson at [email protected]. Deadline is the close of business Friday, Sept. 3. Look for the annual survey in the October issue of Registered Rep. (Please indicate "sales assistant survey" in the email subject heading.)

Sales assistants also may take our confidential survey about the role of sales assistants, and other matters, via our website. Survey participants’ names will be included in a drawing for a free Apple iPad! Last year's sales assistant survey yielded interesting information by which SAs were able to guage their roles and compensation compared to their peers accross the country.
