Genworth Financial has named Martin Klein its new senior vice president and chief financial officer. He was previously a managing director at Barclays Capital, where he headed the Insurance Solutions Group and Pension Solutions Group.

Presidio Financial Partners has brought on Mark Palmer as managing director and head of the Wealth Management Practice, and Paul Boscacci (left) as head of Wealth Management Operations, a newly created role.

Joseph Maugeri has left Bank of America Merrill Lynch to join the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards as director of business development. Maugeri was vice president for managed solutions at Merrill and head of the firm's Professional Alliance referral program.

Outsource provider Envestnet has hired John Fitzpatrick from Fidelity Investments as senior vice president on the Enterprise Sales Team, and Sean Mullen from Fortigent as vice president, director of portfolio strategies, eastern region. Fitzpatrick will oversee institutional relationships and strategic partnerships, and Mullen will serve as an investment specialist and portfolio consultant, with a focus on unified managed accounts.
