Base Salary: 140,000-150,000
Bonus & Incentives: bonus, incentive to be determined
Responsibilities Include: Responsible for the management of all Personal Trust operations and administration in the Pacific Northwest Region. This includes: Trust Real Estate, Personal Trust and dotted line responsibility for Trust Sales and Investment/Portfolio Management. Emphasis is on asset growth, revenue generation, efficient and effective delivery of trust and investment services, and effective personnel management.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Requirements Include: In depth knowledge and expertise in Trust administration, estate planning, investment management and fiduciary risk management. Requires excellent oral and written communication abilities, good organizational skills, project management expertise, excellent ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines. Requires ability to be highly credible representative of PNW trust function, internally and externally, and to executive management. Requires demonstrated ability to lead. Positively promote Bank's policies/procedures.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Skills Include: JD, CPA or other professional designations such as CRFA, CEF, CPA and/or licensed under Series 7, 66, and Life Insurance.
