Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000, DOE
Bonus & Incentives: Bonus flexible based on 25% bonus pool. Amount tied to company & individual goal attainment.
Position Responsibilities: The Wealth Management Practice Leader, working with the Risk Management Group Management Team and the Managing Director of Risk Management, will help drive the development of this $8+B Asset Management firm's Wealth Management initiative. The position will include product development, sales & marketing support, and client service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high net worth client issues (e.g., tax, legal, trust backgrounds) and experience developing deliverables for the high net worth marketplace.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CFP and/or CTFA preferred
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: * Tax, Legal, Trust and/or insurance background with a preference on a strong tax background. * Track record of developing multi-faceted solutions within a financial services capability, ideally including direct experience with wealth management issues. * Proven ability to manage projects from development stages through and including implementation.
Preferred Qualifications: * Strong client service background, including in-the-field experience dealing with high net worth clients. * Demonstrate solid product development/problem-solving/analytical skills. * At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
