Former Wells Fargo Broker Keith Boyd Joins LPL's Hybrid RIA Platform

LPL Financial has recruited Keith Boyd, who manages $180 million in brokerage and advisory assets, to Gladstone Wealth Partners on its hybrid RIA platform.

Charlotte-based LPL Financial said Monday that Keith Boyd, a 24-year Wells Fargo Advisors veteran, has joined Gladstone Wealth Partners, the largest OSJ on LPL’s hybrid RIA platform.

According to a press statement Monday, Boyd last had $180 million in brokerage and advisory assets. He is opening a new office in Flemington, N.J. and is offering accounting services as well through Gladstone.

“In my quest to live a more holistic life, I knew it was in my clients’ best interest to take more control over my business and operate as a fiduciary in an independent practice,” said Boyd in a press statement.

Rich Steinmeier, LPL Financial managing director and divisional president, Business Development, said, “With the support of Gladstone along with the backing of LPL’s robust technology and wealth management platforms, we are pleased Keith found the right combination of support and resources that will benefit his business and his clients.”
