Coffee Choices

I read a recent poll that suggested there was considerable interest in coffee choices…
I prefer Dunking Donuts Coffee over Starbucks and McD. What say the others?Yeah, Dunkin’ vs. SBUX is like the great divide. Two totally different roasts. It’s like people that drink Guiness vs. Coors Lite. Personally I’m a Dunkin’ guy. But when I have a choice, I go down the street to a local coffee roaster’s shop. They brew 8 varieties daily, and roast & sell 50 different beans.
I was a Dunkin’ guy until I had to buy a McDonalds coffee the other day. It’s pretty competitive. Starbucks coffee just pisses me off…it’s so damn pretentious to charge $4 for a cup of coffee.
SBUX is my favorite. Then Dunkin’.
I can’t ever remember paying more than $1.80 for coffee at Starbucks. Somebody help me out here? Where do you guys live that they charge $4 for a coffee?
That's just for those that want the caramel machiattos and junk. I go for the good ol' Iced Americano for $2.10. Nothing better out there.SBUX is my favorite. Then Dunkin’.

That's just the sissy's that drink the Grande non-fat double mocha latte. You're right, Starbucks regular coffee is no more expensive than DD (maybe 10 or 20 cents if anything).SBUX is my favorite. Then Dunkin’.

I have to go Dunkin. I had a long standing boycott on SBUX because some b**ch in Vegas ripped into me about 10 years ago from behind the counter because I didn’t give the size of my order first.

I see. I never thought that advisors and brokers who piss vinegar actually get the fluid from foo-foo drinks. Holy crap! Do people not drink plain coffee anymore?
I do. I switched to $2 venti drips after the daily $5 foo-foo coffee left me feeling uber gay and broke.

So would that be BROKE or BROKEBACK?
What's a venti drip? I miss the sidewalk coffee I used to get when I lived in Manhattan. It was like a buck, it tasted good, and it was so freakin hot that you knew all the bacteria in it was dead (can't say the same for the dirty-water dogs).[quote=B24] So would that be BROKE or BROKEBACK?

I hear you. I actually don’t go to SBUX unless I’m out of town. I got the name of this bean that I drank when I was in New Orleans for Katrina - Order it and grind it fresh in the office. Twelve bucks a bag and it makes around 90 cups of coffee. Use a press. Use a hot water heater kettle to heat it up, it’ll sear the lipstick off of guys who drink the BROKEBACK drinks.
Have any of you guys ever had European coffee? Is there a reason why the coffee I had in Italy was so incredible? Coffee here makes me gag unless it’s one of the frilly $4 things. Especially since I tried that coffee over there. Consequently my dose of morning caffeine comes by way of Coca Cola.

It's how they roast the bean in Italy and Spain. We roast them fast here. Makes the coffee bitter.
My wife went to an auction 2 weeks ago. Bought 40 lbs of Dunkin Coffee for 2 bucks a pound, can you say client gifts???
Anyone ever try the coffee @ Wawa…cheap and good!
I thought you only drank Kool-Aid.
