While equities experienced one of their worst years ever, the Bloomberg Aggregate index experienced its steepest drawdown ever. Investors faced a war in Ukraine, the Federal Reserve increased interest rates at the steepest pace in four decades, inflation spiked to 40-year highs and mortgage rates more then doubled.
