Gunes Helvaci

Gunes Helvaci is a member of the Tax Practice Group in the Istanbul office of Esin Attorney Partnership, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International. She has broad experience advising multinational companies on domestic and international tax matters with a focus on cross border transactions, tax planning, restructuring/reorganization projects, financing structures and indirect tax projects.

Before joining Baker & McKenzie, she worked for nine years at Ernst & Young tax department.
