Obie Walli

Obie Walli is co-founder and CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance, the first national real estate services firm serving small businesses and owners of small balance commercial properties, which was founded in 2012. Headquartered in New York, the company has offices in Los Angeles; Orange County, Calif.; Denver; Miami and Dallas-Fort Worth. Previously, Walli spent over 10 years in a variety of roles at CBC, including vice president of commercial operations and director of the brand’s brokerage advisory services initiative nationwide. Earlier on his career, he served as an analyst of mergers and acquisitions for Prudential Securities. Walli received a degree in corporate finance and biology in 2000 from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa.
