  So the questions are:   1)  Who dropped the soap and   2)  Who is sneaking up from behind?   Can't tell yet, and it wasn't clear when we got management comments at the office today.   And what does it mean for retention?   Your collective wisdom and enlightment are appreciated....   Thanks,   M P R
