Pay grids and deferred comp
Go to bottom of article and look at pay grids, especially the comparative PDF at the bottom. Good material for discussion from those who are good at “looking beneath the numbers” Comments on these? I am especially interested in the trend towared deferred comp. Some big firms really seem to be lagging here.
Biased recruiter and Joebroker or others (Merrill folks perhaps) why the big lag in deffered comp at SB. Are they on the verge of catch up with the review deffered comp is getting or am I missing something about the grids?
