Does anybody from BAI know when this will get paid out?
And yes, I already know that BAI sucks, is a horrible place to work, etc.you heard the saying BAI is like a mushroom…they keep you in the dark and do nothing but feed you $hit
Belive it or not, I heard big brokers are leaving anyway to UBS and Morgan. Who cares about 1.5 million when you can get up to 3 million up front and retire in eight years. Rumor is that BAI guys will be left holding the bag as bonuses will be renegged. In short, no retention bonus announcement.
At what level does the BAC bonus kick in? I am seeing movement of a number of Merrill producers which I would not give the time of day to.

i would bet that BAI changes their retention since wells gave nothing to wachovia guys and both ken lewis and thain are getting heat.
A month ago I would have agreed with you but since they paid Merrill FA’s their bonus we will get ours. Just think of the press that would get if they paid Merrill FA’s and not their own. Ouch!
