Can someone that works or has worked for Wachovia chime in please. I am curious to know about the training program, avg. starting salary and how you like or liked working there. I am in the process of interviewing w/them and will most likely have an offer from them over the next week.
Any information is appreciated.

Well, I put in Wachovia in that search field and I came up with 250 posts where they were mentioned in the last year. I would guess some of those deal with some of your questions. That would be a good start.
Just make sure your training salary is guarenteed - with Wachovia on the bubble, nothing long term is too certain with them.
Wachovia Securities, LLC is a completely separate company from Wachovia Bank per se . . . if anyone is making money, WS is!
