Packer - you don’t want to take a ‘templated’ approach to your business plan.  It’s not an acedemic exercise to get your manager off your back.   You can produce your own - then go from there.  This is a living document.  Don’t include gross and asset numbers in your plan - because you have no control over this (your company will provide you with the financial benchmarks).  All you can control is what you do on a daily basis.  So your business plan should be geared around what you’re going to do (activity) daily, monthly, 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.  Activity will drive revenue.  Your business plan is all about activity, and lots of it.

cool thanks - sorry I should have been more specific. I KNOW what I want to do (i.e. the market segment) just was wondering how BM’s typically like the data presented stylistically. You info about metrics is great - I was wondering how I’d even guess without knowing the payout/grid rates/etc.
