I received a form last Aug/Sept to accept or decline to be added into the Smith Barney overtime lawsuit for the periods of time I worked there. They were to pay a set monthly dollar amt for each state a rep was employed in. It was suppose to go to court in Jan 08 and payment thereafter. I still have not received the amt(check) for it. Has anyone heard what the status is on this.

There was a hearing on March 13th, where final agreement was reached, and approved by the court. They have a 30 day waiting period (in case any appeal is filed, which it wont be0 then they start preparing for distribution of the money. I would expect to see a check in May some time.

Thanks for your future help.

Moneyman13 - Curious to know where the amount you received fell in the range from the claim form. Don't need actual $'s, but was it toward the lower or upper end of the range? Thanks!
