Has anyone taken this exam? Is it tough? How much studying does it require?

Thanks.

It’s all regs and laws regarding the technicalities of being a Registered Investment Advisor/Rep.  Veeerrrryyyy dry reading.  I took it about a month after my series 7 and it went smoothly.  studied through dearborn.  I think I put about 2 weeks of study into it.  I guess you could say it is difficult, although not as bad as the series 7.

Rather the just taking the 63 I chose the 66 to possibly open more doors in the future.  After studying 2 months for the series 7 I was pretty burned out so I only studied aprox 2 days for it(I dont suggest doing this).  I took it about a week after the series 7 and passed. like “dude” said its just about technicalities of being a RIA.
