In taking the 66 & 7 I was shocked at how so many testing companies seemed to have zero idea of what was actually being tested. I failed a number of times before signing up with Training Consultants. Using their materials I passed easily. Seems the issue is that no testing company actually has their materials independently evaluated for accuracy.
Seems the same thing is true for the CFP. A few questions:
What programs have folks had success with (Zahn, Kier, Kaplan, etc) ?
This website is so far the only place where I've seen candid discussion about the industry. Any other favorite links folks have?
Is there any resource that evaluates test prep programs? Would love to see pass stats from all the companies.
Thanks in advance for any help!
i utilized the college for financial planning's curriculum and it was exactly what i needed. i feel i got exactly what i needed, but remember there are no shortcuts to study
