Marcus Magyar is a senior investment advisor and wealth manager at Captrust. Samantha Allen leads the digital marketing function within Carson Group, serving both advisor and investor audiences. In this role, she oversees the strategy and execution for websites, email, digital ads, social media and marketing automation. After joining Carson in the summer of 2021, Allen established the organization’s first genuine digital marketing function, which serves as both a strategic driver of marketing activity and a shared services execution function.
In her time at Carson, Allen conceived and developed Marketing Monitor, an innovative marketing analytics product that empowers Carson partner advisors to see all their important marketing data in one easy-to-use platform. Allen has remade the B2B digital ads program, which is now one of the most prevalent lead sources for the organization. She also developed the organization’s first comprehensive social media and email strategies, launched an effective event influencer program, and leads one of the organization’s largest, most productive teams.
Andrew Krei is co-chief investment officer, institutional portfolio manager and client advisor at Crescent Grove Advisors, an employee-owned boutique wealth management firm, with approximately $4 billion in AUM. He manages investments on behalf of foundations, endowments and other institutional clients in addition to working with individual clients to develop and implement investment portfolios tailored to their unique circumstances and needs. Andrew also plays an active role in the firm’s manager research activities and leads efforts to expand Crescent Grove’s investment infrastructure—including past projects like creating their own capital market assumption models, constructing alternative investment pacing and cash flow forecasting tools, and designing dashboard-style exhibits with heat-mapped indicators aimed at highlighting short-term stock market extremes or relative valuations across market sub-segments.
Andrew has been at Crescent Grove for eight years since the firm was founded in 2015. In March 2022, Andrew was promoted to serve as co-chief investment officer, working alongside Dave Keevins in that role. Andrew’s previous title was head of investment research. Andrew will continue to play an active role in the firm’s manager research activities—with an emphasis on sourcing new ideas, strategy diligence and platform oversight. In addition, Andrew will provide guidance to advisors and clients on investment strategy and asset allocation.
Brooklyn Brock is the founder and CEO of Ellevate Advisors. Brooklyn is a third generation financial advisor and industry expert. At age 24, Nate Hoskin is among the world's youngest Certified Financial Planner practitioners. Only 5.5% of CFPs are between 20 to 29, according to the CFP Board. Nate founded the Denver-based wealth management firm Hoskin Capital at the age of 22 in 2021 during the pandemic to better serve the financial needs of Generation Z and millennial clients. Nate serves as the lead strategist and financial planner for all Hoskin Capital clients. Since then, Hoskin Capital has grown to manage assets for its clients located across the country. Hoskin Capital provides Gen Z and millennials with both investing services and financial planning services.
Nate has succeeded in growing both his firm and knowledge around Gen Z and millennial financial issues. His TikTok account has amassed more than 200,000 followers. Additionally, Nate rolled out the Hoskin Capital Knowledge Base in January 2022, which focuses on providing educational content for people just starting their financial journeys. In less than a year, Nate has added more than 60 articles to the database.
Andree Mohr supports growth at Integrated Partners on a day-to-day basis, working as the liaison between Integrated and their custodial partners. She manages the onboarding and transition processes for all advisors, professional partners and administrative personnel. She builds custom transition plans to fit each advisor, giving them the right information at the right time and progressing in stages. They then concentrate on post-affiliation training and support to ensure advisors have the tools they need to leverage Integrated’s comprehensive models and culture. In addition, she helps launch and oversee all growth initiatives and special projects for the firm.

As Senior Director, Financial Planning Group, Jennifer Baick’s role has been centered around scaling Mercer Advisors’ financial planning efforts. Jennifer’s team has centralized the firm’s financial planning standards while serving as a technical resource and providing guidance on planning concepts and strategies. She has developed quality control methods to ensure a consistent, high-level financial planning experience for clients. The FPG has developed a two-year residency program to train our young financial planning analysts and growing a bench of technical expertise while providing mentorship and guidance to future advisors. Jennifer’s team leverages advisor time by taking research, data entry, plan development off of their plates and provides research and analysis for the firm’s sales team by way of pre-planning for prospective clients.
Jennifer is the founding director of The Financial Planning Group, launched in April 2021. Within two years, FPG has grown from a team of four analysts to 30. FPG now serves all of Mercer Advisors’ 80+ offices. Each analyst is fully remote, and within one year, each analyst will complete 150 financial plans for a range of clients, and be exposed to diverse fact patterns and planning goals. On average, each planner develops financial plans within 8 hours, and turnaround averages 4 days. Each analyst has been trained the same way to ensure quality and consistency of output.
Alex Goss is the co-founder, co-CEO, managing partner of NewEdge Advisors. Prior to serving as CEO of NewEdge Advisors, Alex built he and his father’s personal advisory practice into the $8 billion RIA, Goss Advisors. Goss Advisors was subsequently acquired by NewEdge Capital Group and rebranded as NewEdge Advisors. In his role, Alex is fully dedicated to understanding what successful advisors need. With just 10 years of industry experience, Hayley Wood Bates is the youngest financial advisor with Signature Estate and Investment Advisors, and has her own practice managing over $300 million in client assets. Alison Burkett entered the wealth management industry nearly 15 years ago as a founding team member at Snowden Lane Partners. She rapidly became an industry pioneer and remains one of the firm’s most crucial leaders. She currently serves as senior partner and managing director and is part of the firm’s seven-person executive committee.
