FINRA’s latest Industry Snapshot reflects the continued shift away from commission business toward advisory.

The new support platform for underrepresented advisors will offer coaching, model portfolios supported by Vanguard and Alpha Architect, and access to a tech stack that includes Altruist, RightCapital, Envestnet | MoneyGuide and more.

Hiring will be across all job functions—69% in customer-facing positions, while 14% will be technology roles.
