Executive Leadership Program
This program acquaints participants with best practices in leadership, challenges them to reflect upon their own leadership competency, and examine ways of achieving both personal and professional growth. The coaching is customized to support development at all levels.
The program includes the use of executive coaches, psychological analysis, and Ritz Carlton service values. The plan serves as a blueprint for short- and long-term strategic planning and includes developmental activities that strengthen our executive and management performance.
The training focuses on how Prospera leaders can continue to develop their EQ and empower and mentor our financial professionals through some key processes such as: Key Success Factors, SWOTS/TOWS, and Wildly Important Goals (WIGS).
