Undergraduate Women’s Private Equity Summit
Since our inception, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been at the core of Hamilton Lane’s culture. We’ve long held the belief that diverse perspectives lead to stronger, more informed decisions. Today, women and ethnic minorities comprise 50% of our global employee base and 44% of the firm’s senior leadership*.
In recognizing the shortage of women pursuing STEM fields and recognizing the importance of increasing the pipeline of female candidates and representation in private markets, we founded the Undergraduate Women’s Summit. Now in its fourth year, we bring together sophomores and juniors from universities across the U.S. to learn about professional development, career pathing and private markets.
Given its success, in 2021 we expanded this program and hosted an international event for APAC and EMEA students.
