The Conversations That Matter Project
The Conversations That Matter Project, which began in August 2020 and continues today with a follow-on project dubbed Mastering The Conversation, was a collaboration between Marie Swift and her team at Impact Communications, and Heather Kelly and the advisory solutions team at Allianz. This initiative was designed to help RIAs understand how good communication – which includes not just the right topics but the right cadence and tone — during times of duress can pay dividends for the advisory firm (primary goal).Allianz also wants to help RIAs see that today’s new and ever-evolving risk mitigation solutions such as annuities and Buffered Outcome ETFs can provide important benefits to the end-client especially if used within the context of a comprehensive financial plan (secondary goal).
