Wealth Access is an enterprise customer data enrichment and unification platform that works with financial services’ existing books and records to generate deep insights that power hyper-personalized banking and wealth management experiences. By intelligently unifying records across multiple systems, Wealth Access creates living balance sheets that enable service teams to see each client’s complete financial story and work across business lines to improve customer loyalty and drive higher revenue. Put simply, Wealth Access makes it easy for financial institutions to access the information they need to help transform their clients’ lives. As a result of its innovative enterprise-class solutions, Wealth Access today supports more than 200 customers with over $571 billion in assets on the company’s platform, including several of the largest RIAs and banks in America.
Comprehensive Wealth Experience Client Portal
Most banks ask their clients to use multiple portal logins to access all their services. It’s not a good client experience, and it makes customer service difficult. Our enhanced client portal creates a digital destination for banking clients with a fully mobile, branded experience that unifies all of a client’s data into a single environment. Clients receive personalized experiences that provide access to the information they need to complete tasks, and they can interact with their financial institution seamlessly in a single portal login. The enhanced client portal allows financial services organizations the ability to represent complete, enriched financial views for their customers and prospects across retail, wealth, business and even external accounts.
SMB Business Owner Digital Experience
Our update for commercial banks will make it easy for their teams to serve SMB business owner customers by presenting them a unified, complete financial view of all the ways they interact with their bank. Instead of requiring clients to aggregate financials and upload a personal financial statement, Wealth Access provides an automatically updated living balance sheet and digital vault, integrated with DocuSign, to create a seamless digital experience. Through our Customer Data Unification Platform, we ensure that any account information collected can be presented throughout the customer’s omnichannel, digital experience. Our SMB Business Owner Digital Experience allows enterprise firms to represent complete, enriched financial views for customers across retail, wealth, business and even external accounts – all within a singular digital banking experience.
David Benskin, as founder and CEO of Wealth Access, has guided the company since day one. While some CEOs may take a hands-off approach to the day-to-day involvement in their business and instead spend most of their time on vision casting and meeting with investors, David’s focus has always been on engaging daily with his team and customers to build a product that benefits everyone’s deepest needs. His role is also to push the mission of Wealth Access forward. He is the leader of the firm’s key sales relationships in tandem with its Chief Revenue Officer, and he also is instrumental in leading the firm’s developmental roadmap. David represents Wealth Access as its key spokesperson in media and communications with clients.
Commercial Banking Digital Experience
Business owner clients have transformed the way that banks offer their services. In particular, bank customers want to have the ability to cross business lines seamlessly as these customers need more help. This necessary transformation is most prevalent when banks work with small to midsize business owners who may have both personal and wealth accounts with a bank in addition to their business accounts or even loans. By providing a digital experience for Commercial Banking, the Wealth Access platform puts wealth managers in the driver’s seat of customer relationships. We unify all data within an organization, across business lines, and enable wealth managers to help small businesses consolidate their financials into a single view, and move onto higher-value activities like exit and estate planning.
