Voya’s myHealth&Wealth Personalized Benefits Guidance
Voya’s myHealth&Wealth is a new digital guidance tool to help American workers optimize their workplace savings and benefits selections across health insurance benefits, emergency savings and retirement. Powered by SAVVI Financial, a leading financial guidance company in the fin-tech space, Voya created myHealth&Wealth to be a technology-enabled, interactive experience that helps employees think about their benefits contributions and savings as a total “benefits budget,” while providing individuals with a personalized action plan. Voya research revealed that the majority of employers (77%) are interested in integrated solutions and that 7 in 10 employees (73%) are interested in guidance and support tools that would help them understand how much money to put aside for retirement, emergency savings and health care expenses.

Christine Hurtsellers
Christine is chief executive officer of Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE:VOYA). In this leadership role, she drives the strategic direction and operational performance of the Investment Management business, which manages over $253 billion in assets as of March 31, 2022, for both affiliated and external institutions as well as individual investors. The firm, which has more than 40 years of history, is a top-25 manager of U.S. institutional and defined contribution assets across Equities, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions. Christine is the first woman to serve as CEO of Investment Management at Voya. She also serves on Voya Financial’s Executive Committee.
