Shannon is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of marketing, from brand marketing to performance of marketing, to ensure a differentiated and valuable market position. Her goal is to tell the Flyer story and drive the sales funnel with the long term vision of building a leading brand in wealth and asset management. Her key responsibilities include: – Defining Flyer’s marketing strategy and roadmap – Developing audience personas – Creating on-brand content, tailored to customer needs, including messaging, website content, landing pages, launch material, and emails – Growing a community via social channels to help drive product decisions, product / feature adoption – Managing marketing team members, contractors and agencies – Managing the marketing budget and establishing goals and objectives for all marketing activity
