Jeffrey Vivacqua
With over 27 years of experience in financial services, Jeffrey Vivacqua serves as a member of Cambridge’s Board of Directors and Executive Council. Vivacqua has an active role in managing strategic opportunities for Cambridge that affect independent financial professionals, including sales, marketing, consulting, acquisitions, events and education, and product research, while enhancing and expanding the digital strategies and solutions financial professionals need on a client-facing basis. He and other members of Cambridge’s executive team have been instrumental in the firm’s digital transformation efforts in recent years, developing new technology and resources designed to support financial professionals in serving their clients. Vivacqua has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation (IiO) since 2016, currently serving as Vice-Chair.


Amy Webber
Amy Webber is President and CEO of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. in Fairfield, Iowa. Since her promotion to the role of CEO in 2017 — succeeding Founder Eric Schwartz — Webber has helped guide Cambridge to become one of the most respected, innovative, and fastest growing financial solutions firms in the industry. In addition to her role as President and CEO, Webber has made a considerable impact on issues impacting the financial services industry through her work in several areas:

Cambridge Community of Women
The Cambridge Community of Women was created with the goal of encouraging greater gender diversity across the industry. The group has evolved to include hundreds of financial professionals and associates actively participating. Enhancements to the program were implemented in 2021 following the return to live events post pandemic. Today the group regularly participates in calls, educational events, and networking opportunities, and leads the annual Cambridge Community of Women Forum. New resources have been developed to increase engagement and awareness, including a new brochure and Cambridge’s Opportunities for Women in the Advice Industry whitepaper, which outlines the unique career benefits women can leverage in the financial services industry.

Cambridge Stronger Podcast
Hosted by Cambridge President and CEO Amy Webber, the Cambridge Stronger podcast offers a unique platform for independent financial professionals to discuss industry trends affecting the financial services industry and offer thought leadership and guidance to those considering a career in the business.
