The Janney Prospect site is a tool for safeguarding data collection and information between a prospective client and a financial advisor. This can range from a prospect digitally sharing existing portfolio information or securely uploading documents to personal profile data collection or a financial plan proposal from an advisor. The site also outlines to a prospect what the online experience will feel like once joining Janney as a client including digital samples of confirms, statements, and tax documents, supplemental advisor team details, and educational and research materials.
A promotional marketing package for Janney’s “virtual investor seminar” series for clients, where Janney specialists and guest speakers offer valuable information, insights, and tips on sought-after topics for clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Working in conjunction with our Private Client Group, our Marketing team developed corresponding turnkey collateral for each event to provide necessary background/information, calls to action, and follow-up to capture leads, enhance the holistic planning process, and further support the FA-client relationship. Each event package featured pre- and post-event communications (pre-approved email templates for Outlook and Constant Contact), print flyers for local branch offices, social media content, and individual FA website content. The materials provided the necessary components for executing an end-to-end client journey—from event promotion to follow-up.
To help foster our culture of inclusion while continuing to advance education and awareness of DEI topics, we held our inaugural IMPACT Conference on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The virtual event featured speakers from both inside and outside of our organization to present and share on a variety of timely and relevant DEI topics to our employees, including the relationship between authenticity and allyship, leveraging diverse traits, unlocking the potential of aligning your purpose with your work and life, as well as wellness tips for holistically navigating challenging times. The virtual conference was a half day event, created in tandem with our Employee Resource Groups, for an internal-only audience of Janney employees.
Financial Planning Masterclass Series
Using a cross-organizational approach, Janney launched the Financial Planning Masterclass series—an integrated training and thought leadership campaign centered around financial planning. Each month focused on a different advanced planning topic, and featured the following: Education Session: Led by a Janney subject matter expert, offering an interactive Q&A and actionable items to help FAs take their practice to next level Implementation Workshop: A deeper dive exploring a specific strategy and the steps to implement Marketing Resource Guide: compilation of resources, featuring: Client conversation starters and talking points to incorporate financial planning to serve clients and meet their holistic financial needs Turnkey marketing materials, including brochures, checklists, emails, letters, and educational articles Tips, tools, and resources from Janney’s planning practitioners and strategic partners
