After bringing two-way syncing between Retriever Cloud and two Microsoft products in April, Redtail Technology announced the feature is live for Google as well. The continuous, real-time syncing is cloud-based, linking Redtail CRM with contacts and calendars in Google. The linked Microsoft products are Office 365 and Exchange Online.
Retriever Cloud, Redtail’s sync tool, was one of the firm's “most requested features,” the company said. It allows users to link their contacts and calendar items between Redtail and the three outside tools. The feature is available to all Redtail users at no additional cost.
The syncing extends to a user’s smartphone, as well. “Essentially we’re getting your Redtail calendar all the way down to your mobile device,” the firm noted in a video.
