Is there really demand from advisors? The ever-cynical Janowski argues the demand just isn’t there, and that the early participants are too aggressive. It reminds him, he says, of the variable annuities market of a decade ago. While tech promoter Welsh admits there is some hype, he argues that crypto is ready for prime time, as tools and platforms have emerged that allow advisors to manage these assets seamlessly.
