Vine Street Joins Robertson Stephens Wealth Management

Robertson Stephens, a family-office and HNW advisory, steps into the Bay Area with $150 million team.

Robertson Stephens Wealth Management in San Francisco added Vine Street Wealth Management to its firm. The registered investment advisor made the announcement Wednesday.

Vine Street, based in Marin County, also known as the San Francisco Bay Area, manages $150 million in assets. The firm grows Robertson Stephens’ assets to $1.3 billion, according to the press release. It also increases the number of employees to 31, as Vine Street’s co-founders John Bernabei and Zack Perry join as managing directors with equity interest in the firm.

Vine Street specializes in investment management, wealth planning and outsourced CFO services. This expands Robertson Stephens' services for the high-net-worth clients and family offices it serves.

Stuart Katz, the CEO and CIO of Robertson Stephens, said in a statement that Vine Street deepens the firm's connections in the Bay Area. Robertson Stephens is headquartered in San Francisco and has offices in New York City, Sun Valley, Idaho, and Holmdel, N.J.
